Keno was created in two hundred BC by the Chinese army leader, Cheung Leung who utilized this game as a way to finance his failing forces. The city of Cheung was at war, and after a bit of time seemed to be facing national shortage of food with the dramatic decrease in supplies. Cheung Leung needed to develop a fast response for the economic adversity and to produce money for his forces. He thusly designed the game we know today as keno and it was a wonderful success.
