Keno Tactics That Are Sure To Win
Friday, 3. June 2022
It may not usually be considered the sexiest game in the field of betting, but keno has tons of fanatical supporters. As well it should! It’s a routinely entertaining lottery-esque game that’s easy to pickup, readily available in several different formats, and one that will return millions of dollars for players who learn its innumerable subtle nuances. But let’s deal with the basics here.
When defining keno to amateurs, some gambling connoisseurs compare it to lotto. This is at least to a certain extent apt, in that both games are fundamentally numerical. But to take that comparison too far is likely to be to minimize the many unique characteristics that make keno so compelling. Not like bingo, keno gamblers have the power to choose the numbers for each and every card.
Keno cards have a grand total of 80 numbers, but the gambler is furnished with an additional level of personal responsibility by being able to select as numerous (or as few) numbers as he needs. And it doesn’t take a nuclear physicist to determine how to fill out a card: all you do is circle or otherwise mark all of your chosen numbers with a normal#2 pencil like you had when you were in school.
After you’ve selected your numbers, take your keno card back to the girl at the keno booth. The keno pit manager will record your numbers and then hand you a receipt. Make sure no to lose this (potentially) lucrative bit of paper! Even if the clerk remembers your loud shirt and would like to help out, without a winning ticket in hand, you will get exactly $.00 for your winning card.
So, there you have strategy #1: always take care to keep your keno receipt. Let’s go on to something a little more complex, shall we?
After you’ve picked out your numbers, get into a nice keno booth and see the action unfold on the keno monitor. This is where the winning numbers are displayed for us. If you marked winners, mark your card appropriately. Be sure not to take your time, or sit there congratulating yourself for too great a length of time. You are required to get up to the keno stand to collect your winnings, and a new drawing will most likely begin within 5 minutes.
Strategy number 2: always make it back to the keno stand on time!
Since you can not trust yourself to meet that 5 minute margin each and every time, you always retain the option of using a "multi-race" ticket. These include the self same set of your selected numbers on anywhere from 2 to 20 tickets. When the max number of rounds (fitting the number of tickets) is finished, you may then get off your numb rump and go get your winnings.
Yet an additional choice is recognized as a "stray and play" keno ticket, which usually allows you make number selection for thirty keno rounds or more. Hell, you can take a world tour and not have to get uptight about getting back in time to get your winnings. Most "stray and play" tickets are good for up to a whole year after it’s bought!
And now you are aware of a couple of indispensable methods for winning keno. If you are a skillful gambler, they may seem quite obvious. However, it doesn’t hurt to study up on the basics, and if you are a newbie gambler, every bit of direction will help make your keno experience more agreeable.
